My name is Rozy Hama. I hold a Master of Science and a Master of Real Estate (MSc MRE) and I have dedicated my career to one mission: helping Dutch-speaking investors access the extraordinary wealth-building opportunities that Dubai's property market offers.

Growing up in the Netherlands, I witnessed first-hand how complex and opaque international real estate can feel — especially for investors who want to diversify beyond Europe but don't know where to start. That gap drove me to Dubai, where I built deep expertise in off-plan and ready properties, investment structuring and client guidance from first contact to key handover.
